Simply submit the booking inquiry online, and we will get back to you quickly with transparent pricing and help you move along the process.
Our customers usually book 3 - 6 months in advance, depending on the function scope and the service season.
We also help customers secure the vehicle as early as two years in advance.
We are flexible to help customers update their booking itinerary anytime before the service starts.
When there is a last-minute booking, our team reacts quickly to help customers find the best transportation solutions at our best capability.
For wedding clients, usually vehicles are booked 6 months in advance.
For corporate functions & events, usually vehicles are booked 6- 9 months in advance.
For travel & tourism, usually vehicles are booked 2- 6 months in advance.
However, every customer has different needs. We highly recommend contacting us as soon as you decide the transportation services are needed for your functions to get the best rate for your preferred vehicle type.

Yes. We are flexible, and our customer support team acts quickly to help customers update their booking itinerary anytime before the service starts.
Payment and Cancellation Policies
We accept online payment only.
Once the customer confirms to proceed, they will receive the invoice, and can click the “pay invoice” button on the top of the invoice to complete the transaction online via credit/debit/PayPal.
For international customers, international bank transfer is acceptable, please ask our customer support team for details when they help you with the booking.
For local customers from Canada, e-transfer to info@leocharterservices.com is acceptable.
All our quotes are in Canadian dollars, which will be shown on the invoice. When completing international payments, the currency amount will be automatically converted by your financial institution system.
A 50% deposit is required upfront to secure the booking; the remaining balance is due 7 days before the service starts.
No refund for cancellation within 30 days prior to the booked service date.
Leo Charter Services reserves the right to cancel the booking under certain circumstances. These circumstances may include:
Non-payment: If the client fails to make the required payment by the invoice's due date, the company may cancel the booking.
Violation of terms and conditions: If the client violates any terms and conditions outlined in the invoice or engages in behaviour that disrupts the service, the company may cancel the booking.
Force majeure: In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond the company's control, such as natural disasters, civil unrest, or government regulations, the company may need to cancel bookings for safety or logistical reasons (The client will receive a full refund under the circumstances described in the "Force majeure").
