Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy While we use all reasonable efforts to ensure that we deliver on each and every booking, occasionally, events beyond our control will mean that we must cancel the booking. Accordingly, we reserve the right to cancel a booking at any time. In the event that we cancel any paid booking, our sole liability to you shall be a refund in full of any amount paid by you in respect of such booking. We shall have no further liability to you, whether in respect of any cost of alternative arrangements, missed events or otherwise. Cancelation by customers within 48 hours before the departure time will not be refunded. For special circumstances, please contact info@leocharterservices.com Terms and conditions: 1. Ticket prices do not include the National Park Entry Pass. 2. A valid photo ID (matches the booking name) may be required to board the bus upon request. In order to board the bus, you must provide either a paper copy of your e-mailed confirmation or a copy of your confirmation e-mail on a smartphone / other electronic device. 3. Ticket sales will be closed 48 hours before departure. 4. The shuttle services are available on the dates that are posted online only unless a further announcement is being made. 5. Passengers shall be responsible for their personal belongings. Leo Express is not liable for any damage or loss of personal belongings. 6. Although the bus tries to stay on schedule, arrival and departure time are subject to change due to road and weather conditions. 7. Customers will be notified of any changes before departure from Leo Express as soon as possible at Leo's best capability. 8. Customer is responsible for arrival at the pick-up location a minimum 15 minutes before departure. - Customer is responsible for arriving on time for departure - No refund will be made if the passenger misses the shuttle due to late arrival after the scheduled departure time. 9. One checked baggage, and one carry-on permitted on the shuttle per passenger 10. Checked baggage should weigh no more than 23kg. 11. No animals will be allowed on the bus or in the hold compartment. - For service animals please contact info@leocharterservices.com/ +1 587-888-0608 minimum of one day before departure 12. Smoking and e-cigarettes are not permitted on the bus. 13. All passengers are obliged to use seatbelts. 14. All instructions by driving and accompanying personnel must be obeyed.
